We are seeking a prudent Leasing Agent to be responsible for the day-to-day operations of assigned multi-family residential properties. The goal is to maximize asset value and revenue by maintaining high occupancy and tenant satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily site operations of multi-family properties ensuring smooth operations
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and company regulations
• Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants
• Respond to leasing leads in real time via phone and email
• Support marketing, leasing, maintenance, and rent collection efforts
• Help control expenses, and support revenue growth
• Work closely with Property Manager/Assistant Property Manager to meet performance goals

Qualifications:

• Experience as a Leasing Agent in multi-family housing 
• Strong understanding of property management best practices and financials
• Proficient in MS Office and property management software
• Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask as needed (and travel between sites, if required).
