We are seeking a skilled and reliable Property Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep and functionality of our residential properties. This position reports directly to the Property Manager and is responsible for a range of maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repair work across assigned properties
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to plumbing, HVAC systems, electrical, and general building upkeep
• Maintain curb appeal and grounds
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Communicate effectively with tenants and team members
• Be available to respond to after-hours emergency calls

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in property maintenance or a related trade
• High school diploma or equivalent; (Certificate in HVAC, building maintenance technology or relevant field will be a plus)
• Good physical condition and strength
• Strong mechanical knowledge and hands-on skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Leadership experience is a plus
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
